I Have No Fear of Those Great Hulking Brutes!

Some how, the spring time is turning into the freezing and rainy season of depression. It is so cold that instead of reading in a park or having a picnic by the lake, I am sitting in my room with a cup of tea, watching The Secret of NIMH on hulu.

I've been trying to do something productive every day, but its difficult to bring myself to do anything at all when it's so goddamn cold out. I have a lot of things that I want to be doing, like finishing And The Hippos Were Boiled In Their Tanks by Jack Kerouac and William S. Burroughs, both of whom I love.

Also Caleb and I went to the Salvation Army in Cortland last week and I bought a marvelous (and giant) plaid purple button down that I plan to craft into some impossibly stylish yet eternally comfortable dress, but of course, I haven't gotten around to it yet.

Possibly because I'm entering the first phases of hypothermia or possibly because Jenner wears his so well, I've decided I want a cape.

He just looks so warm!

Alas, I have no cape, but I do have to go rescue some loser from his grandmother's house. Gosh my life is exciting.

Upstate Uprise

Jason crashed his bike and was airlifted to Upstate Medical on Sunday. He's awake and talking now, but for a few days I was terrified I would never get my brother back.

The Sweetest Thing I Ever Saw

I like these things and wish I had them. I've been trying to go through my wardrobe and jewelery and get rid of the things I never wear to make room for new and better things this summer. It's kind of stressing me out because I'm super broke.
